Purchasing

New Zealand Orders 

We offer the following methods of payment:

  • Bank Deposit Transfer (internet banking is the most common method)
  • Credit Card (through PayPal and Paymate)
  • PayPal
  • In Store

When you place an order during the website, you can choose to pay via bank deposit transfer, credit card (using PayPal or Paymate), or you can come into our store and pay in person. On completion of your order, the shopping cart will send you an automatic email with payments details.

Bank Deposit:

Select 'Direct Bank Deposit' as your desired way to pay when you are at the check out. You will be sent an automated email with our bank account details in order to make payment. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched. We will send you and email to confirm when this happens. If, for some reason you do not receive the automated email, or you accidentally delete it, here are our bank account details:

Credit Card (through PayPal and Paymate):

We accept credit cards using either PayPal or Paymate. Both these systems ensure that your credit card details kept are safe when being transferred for processing. Your credit card details are never sent to Bumbles.

PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. PayPal is recommended for customers familiar with PayPal, or for overseas buyers wishing to purchase in either Australian or US Dollars.

Paymate

If you are a New Zealand customer wishing to pay by credit card, this is the recommended option. There is no need to sign up with Paymate to make a payment. Simply select the Paymate option at check out and follow the instuctions in the Paymate Express Payment page that appears. A successful payment will be deposited into our account within 1 working day, and we will send out the order as soon as possible after that. All payments made through Paymate will be in New Zealand Dollars, regardless of the currency used to place the order.

In Store

If you live in Christchurch, you are most welcome to come into our store, pay for goods ordered online and pick them up.  We accept cash, eftpos and credit card instore. Please note pickup is available the day after ordering, if you require it the same day please ring and have your items placed on hold for you.

International Orders

Yes we accept international orders. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or funded PayPal. When you check out, choose the appropriate payment method in the shopping cart.

The shipping price quoted in the shopping cart is an approximation only (for countries other than Australia where the price is accurate). Upon receipt of your order, we will calculate the appropriate shipping costs, and contact you via email with an amended order price. If you pay using PayPal, we will send you instructions on how to manually pay for the shipping using PayPal. If you would prefer to pay using PayPal but only make one payment, select the 'Direct Bank Deposit' payment option when at the check out and add a comment indicating that you would like to pay using PayPal.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to delivery within New Zealand only. We do not ship free to overseas. We apologise, but free shipping is not available on carseats.

Out of Stock items

We do our very best to ensure items listed online are in-stock, however due to the nature of selling in the shop and online at the same time sometimes mistakes occur. While we do our very best to prevent this happening (by taking web-orders out of stock as soon as the order is placed), sometimes things get a bit mixed up and we oversell items. If this should happen to you, we will be in touch as soon as we realise with an alternative or time frame for restocking. We will happily split your order and send items separately if necessary.
If we are out of stock of the item you are looking for, please email us to see if we have it in the shop (we take items off line if we only have 1 or 2 left to prevent overselling).
