Hey everyone!
It was so good to catch up with so many customers in Auckland when Bumbles was up for the show! Awesome to finally put faces to names

Some interesting new developments here in the last couple weeks:

2 of the Tots Bots nappies I sell have now been discontinued, they will be on sale tomorrow morning at great "I want them outta here NOW" prices, so be in quick Bamboozles and Organic Cotton Tots will be down to a rock bottom $25 each.

Monkey Doodlez AIO's have also gotta go, we have Itti Bitti's in now so have too many AIO's. They'll go out at $20 each.

Sleepsac's will also be on sale, I have some 1 tog (summer weight) left but not many. (I'll have these up soon)

Ellaroo Slings, Woven Wraps, and MeiTai's - out they go at $20 off each, we are clearning these out.

Child's toilet bags, make great christmas presents, were $17, going out at $10! These come full of wee containers for everything little ones need.

Last seasons HOTMilk is still on sale, not many sizes left now!

I'll add more as I get a chance.
I hope to have the new HOTMilk range online by the end of the week as well.

New Website Launched

For the last couple of months we have been working on our new website. We've been working hard on increasing our product range, and have added many new products. We've also tried to make the website much easier use, and hard a good hard think about how best to layout what we have to offer.

Here's some of the things we've added to make our site more helpful:

Wishlists - add products to your wishlist and share with your friends and family.
A "Knowledgebase" - we've set up a dedicated area for putting helpful information and articles. (Let us know if you have something you'd like to share)
Order tracking and improved communications to find out the status of your order or to communicate with us.
Customer reviews and feedbacks - the opportunity to let us know what you think of the products or to find out how other people got on with them.
RSS feeds for all sorts of items, so that you can keep track of our new products, best sellers, and offers.

The Future

We are looking at all sorts of improvements to the website and will be rolling them out over the next few months. We would love to hear your comments on how we can make our website as best as it can be.

Bad Week!

Sorry if I’ve been a bit slow this week, a good friend of mine lost her baby at 28 weeks so it’s been a week for reflection and lots of crying! I’ll be flying to Auckland for the memorial on Friday 20th. The shop will be open, but there won’t be any web orders dispatched. Things will go back to “normal” on Monday.

I apologise for any inconvenience!

That’s right! I’ve finally found a source of compostable biodegradable plastic bags.

So now if you really need a bag, you can take one home, put your greenwaste in it then chuck the lot on your compost bin! They will take a bit longer (up to 3 normal composting cycles), but hey we think it’s worth it!!

Nappicino Days at Bumbles

For all you parents who need an excuse to get out of the house, here it is!

The first Friday of every month is a Nappicino day here from 9.30am to around lunch time. It’s basically a group of cloth nappy mums who all get together for a bit of a chin wag, a nice cuppa and some bikkies :)

We don’t discriminate, so don’t feel you can’t come if you use *cough* sposies *cough* the more the merrier!
