Tracking what time your baby last fed, or what time they should next feed
Counting total number of feeds
Recording what time they had their last nap, or what time they should next be put down for a sleep
Counting glasses of water drunk in a day (for mums or caregivers)
Important appointment times (for mums or caregivers)
Another alternative use for this bracelet is counting baby’s dirty nappies if you are trying to measure your babies milk intake … something that is more difficult to keep track of when breastfeeding. Counting the number of wet/soiled nappies, particularly during those early days can be a good indication, as what goes in, must come out. However, if you are concerned with your babies feeding behavior or “output” please contact your doctor, midwife or lactation consultant.
