Sold by the metre,  this elastic is super stretchy, I can get 10cm to stretch out to 40cm! (however you probably don't want to stretch it that far when making nappies)

This clear elastic is very thin and due to its size it can help to reduce bulk in seams where the elastic is placed. Great for newborn nappies and it also works well in pocket nappies and covers because it doesn't retain moisture, so allows them to dry faster than they would when made with swimwear elastic.

Please note you will need a "3-step" zig-zag stitch for this elastic, because it's so stretchy it needs to be reinforced when it's stitched in or it'll tear after a while.

If you are only ordering elastic it will be sent to you in an envelope (50cents). I know how annoying it is to run out halfway through a project!
